The town of Holland was founded in 1835 and is located in South Central Massachusetts in the Hampden County Area.

Holland contains about 3000 year round residents all of which feel that the town's chief attractions are the scenic beauty of its rolling and wooded hills as well as its water ways.

During the summer season Holland's population more than doubles from visitors with vacation homes located in the area.
